CANCELLATION POLICY

Capitalized terms herein have the meaning stated in our Software License Agreement, available at https://www.cognitosoftware.com/software-license-agreement

If charges to Your Credit Card fail, Licensor shall continue efforts to charge Your Credit Card for 14 days, after which Services shall be suspended. However, for the next 15 days to the end of the current billing cycle, Your Account Administrator can log in and reinstate the subscription by furnishing a valid credit card. If no such valid card is furnished by the end of the current billing cycle, Your Services will be terminated. In this event no Customer Data will be deleted, and Your Account Administrator can later log in, provide a valid credit card and begin a new subscription, after which licensed Users will be able to access all Customer Data. You agree that in the event Licensor is unable to collect the fees owed to Licensor for the Services through Your Credit Card, Licensor may take any other steps it deems necessary to collect such fees from You and that You will be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by Licensor in connection with such collection activity, including collection fees, court costs and attorneys’ fees. You further agree that Licensor may collect interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the highest amount permitted by law on any amounts not paid when due. You may cancel your subscription at any time within the Licensed Program. If you cancel, you will not be billed for any additional Services, and Services will continue until the end of the current Subscription Term. If you cancel, Services will continue until the end of the currently paid term. Following cancellation Licensee can reverse cancellation within the Licensed Program.
