The practice database has been designed to fully integrate with the FiLOS Accounting and Time Recording function but can also operate independently. I have listed the features below.

  • User defined five-digit alpha numeric client referencing
  • User defined codes for use as filters in reporting and, more importantly mailshot / marketing activities.
  • Two-digit alpha numeric client type indicator
  • Assigned Fee-Earner to be responsible for the client
  • Billing figures - bills paid/written-off year to date, previous years outstanding unpaid bills total.
  • Work-in-progress (WIP) current, previous years, written off.
  • Wills, Deeds and other documents record - when lodged, notes, review date.
  • Number of Active matters currently handled.
  • Number of Closed matters previously handled.
  • AML Anti-Money Laundering compliance & auditing
  • Conflict checking compliance & auditing (Document storage - the history of all of your marketing and non-case correspondence)
